Blueprint is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Baltimore, MD

Position Overview
The overall objective of the Contract Administrator role is to ensure that the company is in compliance with our contractual
obligations to our customers as well ensuring that our subcontractors and vendors are in compliance with their contracts. To
achieve this objective, the Contract Administrator will be engaged in the project from the time the sales team determines that
the project is viable and provide contract review of customer contracts as well as drafting and processing subcontracts, and
contract maintenance through Close-out. This role is pivotal to the success of the project as the Contract Administrator will
collaborate with the project teams both internally and externally to ensure that the teams are operating in compliance with the
contracts. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the organization and processing of contracts and compliance
documentation. The company is in a development and scaling phase, as such this role will require flexibility as the company
develops.
Reporting Relationships
Escalation: COO
Reports to: VP of Project Management, Regional Director of Project Management (Future)
Direct Reports: None at this time
Principal Responsibilities
· Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements,
and industry regulations.
· Contract Creation: Develop contract templates and standard agreements for subcontracts.
· Contract Review: Thoroughly examine contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or ambiguities, and propose
necessary modifications.
· Contract Administration: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and closeout, including
monitoring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and terms by all parties involved, and address any
deviations or breaches appropriately.
· Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation and correspondence.
· Risk Management: Assess potential legal, financial, and operational risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation
strategies.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize
contract performance.
Professional Qualities & Experience
· Experience: Previous experience in contract administration and contract compliance.
· Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple contracts and deadlines
simultaneously.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface
with senior management, as well as hourly staff.
· Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions.
· Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive contract matters.
· Excel in the use of the MS Office platform; experience with Smartsheets is preferred.

· Problem Solving: Identifying, taking ownership and solving problems in a timely manner as measured by documentation
which defines the problem(s), proposed solutions, implementation process and validation.
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a “team” environment as measured by team members and customer feedback.

· Quality: Subcontract is complete and accurate at first submission to leadership for review.
