Requirements:

• 1-3 years previous call center, customer service, and/or inside sales support experience
• Dealership experience not required, but helpful
• Willing and able to make the required customer contacts via email, internet, and outbound phone calls
• Excellent communication skills and phone personality.
• Comfortable with computers and technology systems
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Weekends (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Generate appointments and drive prospective customers to the sales department-
• Responding to customer requests via email, internet, and inbound/outbound phone calls
• Build rapport and relationships with customer through follow-up calls to ensure future business
• Guide customers with product information advice & assist them in finding the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up on warm leads that are not ready to make an appointment and/or no-shows
