Bilingual (Spanish & English) Call Center Business Development Customer Service/Sales Support Agent – Earn $37,440-$51,880 /yr (includes a hourly base pay uncapped performance bonuses)

Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented Business Development Customer Service Professionals who are masters of influence and love working the telephone. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming opportunities/inquiries, following up on all leads, and booking appointments for the showroom sales team, that come in via phone or online. No cold calling!!!
Qualifications:Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years of Phone Sales Support and or Automotive BDC Experience preferred
Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish & English)
- Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
- A proven history of inside sales, internet marketing and/or scheduling sales appointments.
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
- Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
- The ability to meet or exceed department Key metrics that measure overall performance.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
- Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some evenings and weekends (40 hours/week).
