As a Client Engagement Transaction Specialist: 

As a key member of the Client Engagement Team, you will deliver a best-in-class Transaction Opening experience for all Blueprint Title Clients. Receive, review, and enter all incoming transactions into the Blueprint Portal and Escrow processing systems to initiate the transaction process. 

What you may work on: 

• Review all inbound transaction submissions and their associated contracts & title requests for accuracy, completeness, and confirm they align with Blueprint best practices.

• Enter all incoming transactions into the Blueprint Portal and Escrow processing systems to initiate the transaction process. 

• Assist Client Engagement Managers with coordination of contract corrections, rejections, amendments etc as required. 

• Work with Lenders to coordinate Title orders for associated orders.

• Assist Title Officers with title search requests and updates, including but not limited to managing a portfolio of vendor contacts Aid the Sales & Client Engagement teams in maintaining data and reporting integrity within the CRM, Blueprint Portal, and Escrow processing system

• Assist Title and Escrow teams in addressing questions about existing or in-process transactions 

• Collaborate with the Client Engagement Team and Clients on bespoke transaction opening processes and requirements. 

• Apply critical thinking and data-based decision-making to manage file assignments

• Escalates issues appropriately and promptly to ensure optimum customer satisfaction

What we are looking for in you: 

• 1 year of prior work experience in a fast-paced professional setting

• Experience in Real Estate, Title, or Escrow is required

• High attention to detail and willingness to research and correct missing data received from clients during the transaction opening process.

• Data entry proficiency is a must.

• Ability to work proactively multi-task, identify priorities, and respect the urgency of critical items; Able to maintain consistent productivity on repetitive tasks.

• Possess excellent verbal, written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external clients.

• Comfortable navigating numerous databases, and the eagerness to work with new technologies.

• Ability to think critically, demonstrate “outside the box” thinking, and meet time-sensitive deadlines for customers and resolution of escalated issues

• Positive, self-starting, flexible, and forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment
