Federal Contracts Administrator
Overview:
Our company is seeking a Federal Contracts Administrator to manage and administer the company's contracts. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all FAR's and company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and administration of contracting activities
  • Interact with customer/government representatives and Project Managers to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and procurement regulations.
  • Manage communication with customer/government representatives on each contract. Perform as the primary contact for the company.
  • Analyze and review contract requirements to determine contractual obligations and provide continual review and administration to ensure that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Monitor contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, contract data reporting requirements, and other contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field desired
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of extensive Contract Administration experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and review contract requirements to ensure compliance
  • Knowledge of FAR's and other procurement regulations.
