A full-service consulting firm specializing in Envelope Design and investigative services is seeking a Architect, to help them identify and solve issues with construction and building in Southern California.
Your Day Includes:
Conducting forensic field inspections to determine issues and causes, and provide/suggest solutions
Reviewing and understanding construction plans/documents/timeline for new or existing buildings and standards of care
Creating detailed plans of loss, including summaries, scopes, schedules, and budgets
Communicating effectively with various audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel, and defending opinions under vigorous examination
Providing expert witness testimony for court depositions or trials
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5 years of consulting experience and 10 years of working experience
NCARB accreditation and a licensed architect
