Blueprint Hires is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a Project Manager or Owner’s Representative for a direct hire position in the Albuquerque area!

Our client, a customer-focused General Contractor consultant, is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Owner’s Rep to manage Senior Living Facilities construction in New Mexico and Oregon. This individual will be working directly with clients to manage new builds, renovations, and additions for commercial properties.

Full benefits available including 100% paid medical insurance for the employee, 401k with 4% match after 6 months, referral bonuses, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

- Must have at least 4-5 years in a Project Management or Owner’s Rep position on multi-family builds

- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

- Experience managing projects for multi-family, condos, and assisted living preferred

- Experience with remodels, capital projects, and renovations needed

- Must have verifiable references and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
