Overview
You’ll serve as the first impression each homeowner will have by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar. By joining our team, you will be an essential component towards helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source, Solar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads daily through canvassing. Examples include door-to-door, word of mouth, social media platforms, referrals, etc.
- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists
- Earn commission off of every deal along with bonus opportunities
- Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via RepCard

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - not required, but strongly recommended.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the designated area
- Positive attitude, highly-motivated, and hungry for success.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-pace environment that changes daily
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
