You must have:

• At least one year of experience in the MCA space.
• Demonstrated ability of closing MCA deals.
• Business owner mentality with a passion for earning a lot of money.
• Enjoy selling solutions and helping others grow.

Compensation structure is negotiable based on skills and experience

• Our sales representatives earn $6,000-$20,000 per month ($72,000-$240,000/year)
• Top closers bring $25,000 per month ($300,000/year)

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of 5-10 brokers at our office in Lower Manhattan
• Managing deal flow
• Close deals and successfully sell Blueline financial products to businesses.
• Training new and existing brokers
• Create and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for brokers
• Follow up with interested prospects to communicate the value proposition of working with Blueline
• Manage relationships in CRM software
