Qualifications * Bachelors or master's degree or specialized training and minimum 5 Years all source intelligence analysis or intelligence or specialized training and 4 - 8 years intelligence analysis experience or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience * Experience with discovering and exploiting publicly available (PAI), native language, gray literature, tip/cue corroborate other intelligence sources using PAI, discover/analyze publicly available social media data. * Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current OSINT analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends * Experience with OSINT organizations and policies (DOSC NOSC, Open-Source Council, Social Media Counsel, Open-Source Enterprise (OSE), Open-Source Data Layer and Services (OSDLS), National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC), Special Collections Library (SLC) * Experience with the following tools Gander, Silo, GOSSIP, MA, DOTS, iSAFE * Familiarity with DIA analytical product templates and guidance * Proficient in basic office environment tools (Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer or Mozilla * Experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products). * AOR Experience (CENTCOM, INDO-PACOM, AFRICOM, SOCOM) * Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher * Language capabilities (desired)
