Bluegrass Harley-Davidson is looking for a dedicated, career-minded Service Advisor who understands the motorcycle business and works well with people. Our dealership group is a fantastic business opportunity for those who seek future Management growth within the company, as well.

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with the customers

Qualifications and Requirements - Service Advisor:

• An energetic, upbeat, engaging attitude
• Automotive Experience HIGHLY preferred!
• Service Industry strongly encouraged to apply!
• Don't have your motorcycle endorsment? No worries, we will pay for you to take our award winning Ridding Academey right here at the dealership.
• CDK Experience is a plus!
• Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
