Overview:
Associates for these positions will be joining the Production Services, Reconciliation Shared Business Services, support team as an L2 analyst. This includes diagnosis and resolution of backend infrastructure and application issues, across the application and software stack. Participate in the change and release management processes, As well as helpdesk analysis and resolution of user issues and requests pertaining to the reconciliation application stack.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Java

• Basic knowledge of PERL

• Basic knowledge of RDBMs Oracle and MSSQL

• Basic knowledge in (AppD, ESP, Splunk, NDM, Cloudprober, Moog, sNow, etc..)

• Basic knowledge of containers (app Engine)

• Working knowledge of TSQL and PL/SQL

• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS

• Working knowledge of KSH(Korn shell) scripting

• Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, & Request Management processes.

• Knowledge of SmartStream TLM a plus

• Knowledge of Informatica a plus.

• Knowledge of Reconciliation business domain a plus"

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,007.70 - $60,106.05 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
