BlueForce, Inc. is looking for a Production Center Specialist to assist the US Joint Counterintelligence Training Center (JCITA) at Quantico, Virginia.

JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to DOD, which includes CI operations, collection, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DOD Security Operations personnel.

The Production Center Support provides support to the print and media production room. The production room produces and supports all materials for in-residence classes, as well as distributed learning, seminars, and academic leadership reproduction needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Center Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:

• The contractor shall provide support to the print and media production room. The production room produces and supports all materials for in residence classes, as well as distributed learning, seminars, and academic leadership reproduction needs.
• The contractor shall be capable of operating a CD burner/labeler, plotter, laminators, binder, cutter, and production-type copy machines.
• The contractor shall have a working knowledge of a variety of print and graphics software to enhance print products and prepare them for optimal print output, this includes correcting color, graphic and text placement, as well as sizing.
• The contractor shall maintain materials stock for course requirements, forecast stock replenishment quantities, and place orders, as appropriate.
• The contractor shall be able to troubleshoot large-scale production equipment to determine requirements for vendor maintenance and service.
• Might drive and/or be a passenger in a U.S. government vehicle including purchased, leased, and/or rented when supporting the JCITA mission.

• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly.
• At a minimum a high-school diploma.
• Shall have at a minimum three (3) years of experience using a copier to reproduce and bind large quantities of print materials.
• Holding and maintaining valid state driver’s license.
