Job Description:
BlueForce, Inc. is seeking to hire an* Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Distance/e-learning Programming Support* to assist the US Joint Counterintelligence Training Center (JCITA), located at Quantico, Virginia.
JCITA provides a full spectrum of joint and advanced counterintelligence (CI) training to DOD, which includes CI operations, collection, investigations, functional services, and analysis. JCITA is also responsible for training DOD Security Operations personnel.
The Instructional Systems Design -distance/e-learning Programming Support provides technical support services with respect to distance/e Learning courseware and use programming languages such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript to support the integration of courseware into a learning management system (LMS).
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate digital learning content and modify the content to assure optimum performance.
• Write programs and/or scripts for web-based and computer-based training modules used for e-Learning requirements and develop corresponding user guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate product demonstrations as required

Job Requirements:

• TS/SCI with polygraph
• Five (5) years of experience developing e-learning or online courseware.
• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, computer Science, visual communications or digital media arts, or Multimedia certificate along with seven (7) years of experience developing e-learning or online courseware
