The MaterialsInspector screens visually inspects measures and countsmicroelectronic piece parts including; die and wafer caps baseslead frames and various other components for assembly build.
Thisrole includes Quality Assurancelevel inspectionresponsibilities.
Inspects die and piece parts to various Military andJedec standards using high and low power microscopes.
Follows defined specificationsand reaction paths
Uses multiple hand tools to manually process delicateproducts without damaging components
Stocks and issues materials for assemblybuild
Trainsemployees on specs and process used in area.
Maintains wellorganized andaudit ready work areas.
Utilizes computerbased manufacturing systems to moveproduct and enter data.
A high school diploma or GED is required
Ability to communicateverbally
Strong attention to detail.
