Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager, and the Regional Center Director this Registered Nurse (RN) will serve as a member of the behavioral health and primary care outpatient team within the Williamson County Hub. Our nursing team is expanding to meet the needs of the community and we are adding exciting new roles for nurses to support and provide care to children, adolescents, adults, and the aging population. This RN will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide care and support to individuals with psychiatric and mental health illness, substance use disorders, primary care needs, and developmental disabilities.
This Nursing position performs responsible nursing work or administrative nursing work in the assigned location in Round Rock. This position is responsible for the care and treatment of individuals in accordance with accepted professional, legal and ethical nursing standards.
Primary responsibilities include medication administration and monitoring, laboratory collections and interpretation of lab results, individual and family education regarding medications, health, mental illness, and or substance use, and ongoing assessments of the individual as needed. This RN will clinically supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses and Medical Assistants within the clinic setting. This RN may also complete tasks and duties in the other Hub clinic settings as assigned. This position will report to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM with no on-call, holidays or weekends required. The RN is responsible for adhering to all agency policies and procedures. This Nurse will be under the supervision and leadership of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager, and the Regional Center Director. This RN must possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: $35.58 – $37.33/hr
Applicable Differentials:
$1.00/hr for RN ANCC certification
$0.75/hr Bilingual
