Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as Cold Storage Manager. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory within our freezer facility, ensuring timely and accurate scanning of boxes into and out of the freezer. Additionally, you will play a key role in loading boxes into customer vehicles, providing exceptional service at every step.

Responsibilities:

• Scan boxes accurately into and out of the freezer using designated technology.
• Safely and efficiently load boxes into customer vehicles, ensuring products are secure and protected from damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the freezer facility, always adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding product handling, safety, and security.
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Answer phones and delegate pick up dates and prompt service

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold freezer environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and handling inventory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
