We are seeking a LPN/RN Pediatric Home Care to bring experience and value to our team!

**Summary**:

The Pediatric LPN/RN provides in home care for medically fragile children. Care needed for a patient in the *Caldwell, ID* area. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a relationship while maintaining your patient's care and comfort, preventing hospitalization. Child is a fully dependent, teen patient with trach and gtube.

**Schedule**:

* Flexible 2-8 hour day shifts, Thurs Fri or Saturday

* Full or part time, flexible hours (you choose!)

**Education**:

* Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

**Licenses/Certification:**

* Current LPN/RN License (ID or Compact.)

* Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain

* Licensed drive with an insured automobile in good working order

**Experience:**

* 6 months LPN or RN experience preferred. Will consider new grads for right fit

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide highest quality of in home care to pediatric patients

* Document care performed and observations of patient status

* Communicate with patient's family and physician
