Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the clinical operations of our facility. You will provide supervision and support to a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities: - Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of clinicians, including therapists and counselors - Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to review cases, provide feedback, and offer support - Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinicians, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and ethical standards - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and treatment plans - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments as needed - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused care for patients with PTSD - Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and meet the needs of each patient - Provide crisis management support as necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with relevant coding standards (e.g., ICD-9) Qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling) - Current license or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor) - Minimum of [X] years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children - Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and interventions - Experience in individual and group counseling - Familiarity with medical documentation requirements and coding standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide effective leadership and supervision to a clinical team Note: All positions at our facility are paid positions, including internships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41.00 - $44.00 per hour
