Summary

Bluebird Cleaning is seeking motivated candidates looking for an opportunity to grow. The right candidate for this position will have some experience in a cleaning position and/or in a supervisor type role. This position will offer the right candidate excellent pay and a flexible schedule. Bluebird Cleaning has been growing rapidly over the last two years and we are in need of qualified individuals to help us grow and continue to maintain a high level of quality. Organization, a high attention to detail and the ability to work 40 hours per week is a must. The ideal candidate for this role will be seeking growth both personal and professional and achieving success by growing with the company. As a Quality Manager (QM) you are on the front line and responsible for ensuring we maintain high standards for all of our commercial accounts. As a QM you will be assigned several accounts to maintain along with being scheduled on regular quality inspections ensuring we hold all our accounts to the highest standards. In addition to regular assigned accounts you will be responsible for covering call ins (will receive performance based bonus after the probationary period has expired) or assigning the job to other available employees and training new employees. This is done by the use of approved cleaning supplies, bluebird training & equipment given to them at the time of training period and orientation. Flexibility is a MUST. Weekends may be required occasionally. The right candidate for the job must be able to be able to be a self starter and operate at a solo position. Quality Managers will be involved in starting brand new accounts, covering call in's and more. The right candidate will be working from 6pm to 230am with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. There will be plenty of room for growth in our growing company!

Here at Bluebird Cleaning we service a variety of spaces including school setting, medical facilities, financial offices. We take pride in the variety that we can offer a variety of different spaces to employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules 100% of the time.
• Follow clear directions
• Train new employees following a system
• Direct employees and give corrections when needed
• Contributes to a safe work environment by following housekeeping guidelines.
• Maintains good attendance each week.
• Follows instructions and works to meet daily job assignments.
• Take the proper quality control by using quality checklists and pictures of tasks.
• Strictly follow the instructions during operations, as well as maintenance of the equipment (I.e vacuums, mops)
• Maintains a productive working environment through communication and teamwork.
• Must be able to do light paperwork for quality control
• Must be able to use a computer and navigate different software
• Other duties as assigned or designated

Benefits

Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months experience in a cleaning position is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a supervisor or management role is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and understand written documents and complete all required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to read and understand cleaning product labels and what their designated uses are for and not for.
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions that adhere to the Bluebird standards and values.

Physical Work Conditions
