**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records
**Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in primary care, acute care, and behavioral health settings
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide dementia care services
- Competence in using electronic health record systems like Athena
- Understanding of laboratory testing procedures
