OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Project Designer who is responsible for designing and leading multiple high end kitchen design projects from concept to completion. The Project Designer defines project requirements, schedules, and budgets on all aspects of the project. They execute or lead/oversee every step in the process to achieve project goals and are responsible for ensuring the project is successfully completed on time and on budget. They anticipate and overcome obstacles and challenges. They provide leadership to the team to ensure that the design vision comes to life within Bluebell’s aesthetic parameters, customer requirements, and time and budget specifications. They ensure the project is profitable per the firm’s profit guidelines and goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES (approximately 30% design and 70% design project management)
