The Behavior Specialist monitors behavior programs, trains all staff members, and works with the Psychologist to create effective behavioral programs that minimize target behaviors and increase positive social skills. The Behavior Support Specialist ensures compliance with ICF/IDD standards, attends all clinical meetings, and is responsible for each client’s behavioral status.
