Overview:
Blue Water Landscape is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support throughout projects
- Oversee the use of equipment and tools, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, hours worked, and expenses incurred
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of reading landscape plans and completing landscape installations according to plans
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mini skid steers, sod cutters, stump grinders etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
