Shift:

Several full and part-time positions open, 16-40 hours per week, shifts vary, afternoons, midnights, and weekends.

Rate of Pay (commensurate with experience and education):

$15.60 to $21.04 per hour including State of MI premium pay, dependent upon experience and education.

Potential for pay increases with length of service.
Historically paid bonuses

Job Description:

The Residential Technician II position provides direct care and treatment to individuals served by the organization. The position typically functions in a group home environment where attention to detail and a high degree of communication and cooperation among staff is necessary. The position requires personnel to implement treatment plans, consistently follow policies, conduct tasks necessary to properly maintain the home and property, and assume increasing responsibility for the effective overall operation of the program.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Acceptable criminal record check and drug screen.
Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
1500 hours experience working with individuals having an emotional and/or mental impairment, or 30 credit hours of college in a related field.
Maintain reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable for insurance purposes.
