Blue Water Behavioral Consulting, LLC is looking for a part time Behavior Technician to work with a small caseload of young children at our learning center in Burlington, WA. Work schedule will be weekdays in the mornings (e.g., 9:00-12:00). Potential to increase to full time hours in next several months, if desired.

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Passion for working with children
- Passion for helping individuals with special needs reach their full potential
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
- Absence of any criminal history (per a 10-year federal, state, and county background check)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field. Applicants currently enrolled in an accredited college/university who are actively pursuing a degree in one of the aforementioned areas will also be strongly considered.
- 1 year experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- 1 year experience working with typically developing children
- Completion of college coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- 1 year experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Certified Behavior Technician license through WA Dept of Health
- CPR Certification

Pay/Benefits:
