Seeking a Senior SailPoint Engineer to aid in developing best-in-class solutions for Identity Access Management.

Responsibilities: Implement the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform to manage identities across multiple platforms and systems. By implementing automation and advanced technology solutions, organizations can achieve operational excellence and enable faster decision-making processes.

Collaborate with colleagues in Agile groups to devise, construct, assess, roll out, and maintain technologically advanced IAM systems capable of meeting the complex security needs of a large organization. Stay on top of IAM trends, explore fresh technologies, and participate in technology-based groups. Tap into a variety of coding tools and AWS services to enhance your performance and workflow. Drive the implementation of best engineering practices and create successful design models.

This role will be part of our Company's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) squad. The role requires a technically strong individual who is resourceful and highly self-motivated. The successful candidate should have extensive experience working in the IGA field in a large, global enterprise environment. Additionally, the candidate will have strong communication skills that allows them to successfully work with stakeholders in diverse roles ranging from IT infrastructure to individual end-users.

Required skills & experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IGA with functional knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow/IQ or Oracle Identity Governance.

• Experience designing, developing and implementing IGA services using SailPoint IdentityNow.

• Familiar with good service delivery practices to ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management and regulatory requirements.

• Understanding of data model development and use of MS PowerBI to create self-service reporting capabilities to meet business and compliance needs.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems.

• Can partner with IT and business teams on issues, escalations and support transitions.

• Can advise on secure IAM practices for both technical and business audiences.
