Job Title: Project Manager | Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite 2-3 days/week - Local candidates only)
Duration: Start Mid-December 2023, contract runs 6-12 months
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $60 - $65/hour
Contract Type: W2 Only (No 1099’s or Corp to Corp)
Scope of Services:
As a Project Manager (OCM), you bring a wealth of expertise in navigating the complexities of change management within a dynamic and multifaceted project landscape. Leveraging a proven track record, you adeptly craft and implement change management strategies that seamlessly traverse organizational entities. Your communication and organizational prowess, coupled with experience in executive-level interactions, underscore your ability to thrive in this role. Operating with self-motivation and a knack for managing ambiguity, you demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and influential capabilities. Operating within a hybrid delivery model that incorporates Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall best practices, you play a key role in driving results, solving problems, and adapting to change. Your essential functions span the development and execution of change management plans, impact assessment, training plan formulation, risk mitigation, and crafting comprehensive communication strategies. In additional functions, you actively support project management, monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, scheduling and facilitating meetings, and ensuring optimal project delivery.
