Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting our products or services at various big box stores including Sam's, Tru Value and Lowes. Your main goal will be to engage with potential customers, generate interest in our offerings, and collect information to setup a in-home consultation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and create a positive brand experience
• Collect customer data for lead generation and follow-up purposes
• Assist with event setup and teardown
• Actively promote our products or services to increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
