Full time and Part time positions available for a Medical Receptionist.

We are a busy medical practice seeking candidates to join our team. If you are energetic, outgoing and are a team player and would like to join an office dedicated to patient care and customer service we want to interview you!

We currently have an immediate opening for a Medical Receptionist – Answering phones, scheduling, and check-in duties. Duties include answering telephone in a prompt and courteous manner, routing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages. Scheduling appointments in compliance with practice's policies and procedures. Checking in patients, obtaining all necessary paperwork. Previous experience in a Medical Office setting not required. Full and Part time positions available. Daytime or Evenings (Monday through Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays working 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM). Serious applicants only. Candidates must be proficient in computer skills, provide excellent customer service to all, be dependable and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Currently scheduling interviews. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
