Description :GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Director of Nursing Services is a key member of the Leadership Team and plays a major role in the development of a culture of caring and commitment throughout the organization. He/she serves as a clinical leader, overseeing all aspects of the children’s care,fosters teamwork amongst staff, and promotes clinical and educational development. Primary Responsibilities · Clinical Nursing Practice · Organizational Leadership · Human Resource Management · Safety and Risk Management · Interdisciplinary relationships · Financial Management QUALIFICATIONS: BSN or willing to get BSN within two years required. R.N. licensed in the State of New Hampshire with a minimum of tenyears’ experience in nursing including three yearsof leadership. Experience with individuals with multiple disabilities and/or chronic health conditions is preferred. Must have demonstrated strong clinical, organizationaland critical thinking skills. Experience in pediatrics and/or long term care preferred.PAY RATE : $90K - $120K per year
