Blue Sky Management Group is Hiring a Purchasing / Accounting Coordinator Near Santa Ana, CA

Qualifications

· Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs

· Must be able to learn other accounting software systems

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records

· Estimated Pay Rate: $24 to $29 per hour based on qualifications

Responsibilities

· Work with Operations and Engineers in purchasing and creating POs in QuickBooks. Communicate with Suppliers and Customers.

·Assist with Accounting inquiries; both internally and externally for receivables and payables with an emphasis on receivables

· Follow up on, collect and allocate payments Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines and perform account reconciliations Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Research and resolve payment discrepancies Generate age analysis Review AR aging to ensure compliance Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits Investigate and resolve customer queries Process incoming credit card payments as needed

· Creates Customer and Supplier accounts as needed

· Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions

· Other related duties as assigned such as assisting in logistics/shipping when needed.

· The Purchasing / Accounting Associate will spend the majority of their time sitting and using office equipment

· The employee frequently uses both hands to grip, hold, and type

· Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

8 hour shift Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM
