Job Summary:

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at our hotel, including our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. With your leadership skills and industry expertise, you will contribute to the success and reputation of our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and culinary experiences to guests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining cost controls and budgetary goals.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold brand standards and guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative menus and dining experiences that showcase local ingredients and culinary trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment by providing training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners to support food and beverage operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings, and incorporate best practices into food and beverage operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Certification in food safety and/or alcohol service preferred.
