Job Overview:

The Retail Merchandiser provides product support within our grocery accounts. Their duties include maintaining our products and driving incremental sales with store management.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Communication with Sales Reps, Routing Dispatchers, and Managers to ensure that deliveries are made according to our master schedule.

· Must follow all grocery store policies. Signing in upon arrival to store, checking with the grocery receivers to execute any special requests. Communication with Store managers to gain incremental display space.

· Stocking product according to proper BSR and store guidelines. Ex. Only fill our dedicated space.

· Correctly following backstock or top stock guidelines depending on the retailer.

· Safely navigating carts or pallet jacks throughout the stores.

· Properly disposing of cardboard and plastic waste in the correct locations.

· Communicating OOS (Out of Stocks) to sales rep to avoid loss of sales.

· Marketing our brand to shoppers in the grocery store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
