**Required Experience:**

- A minimum of 1 year of proven management experience in service, retail, fast-food, hospitality, maintenance, or the automotive industry.

- Ability to lead and direct a team effectively.

- Quick learner with an acute attention to detail.

- Mechanical aptitude or DIY skills are highly valued.

- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.

- Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.

**Compensation:** Pay starting at $20 with overtime opportunities.
