DescriptionAs an SAP VMS Lead, the candidate will collaborate with the business Distribution, Vehicle Processing Center (VPC), Operational and IT teams, the Application Managed Services (AMS) team, and other SAP COE functional leads. Your responsibility will be to ensure the functional design and configuration in areas like Vehicle Management System, and Sales and Distribution adhere to SAP best practices and compliance. The person will support SAP S/4HANA implementation from a Distribution and VPC operations perspective within a high-volume supply chain operation in the automotive industry.RequirementsKey Requirements:• 6 years of experience configuring SAP VMS, Sales & Distribution, including at least one end-to-end SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) implementation.• Prior experience with moderate to complex SAP ERP implementation projects and post go-live support, SAP S/4 Hana experience is a bonus.• A solid track record, over 8 years, in preparing Process and Functional Design documents and translating business processes into SAP.• Passionate about out-of-box SAP functionality and a drive for standardization.• Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to manage complex tasks and find effective solutions collaboratively.• Consistent in achieving completion and closure of tasks, even in the face of obstacles and setbacks.• Problem-solving attitude that can adapt to varying timelines.• Strict attention to detail and task prioritization abilities.• Strong relationship and team building skills.• Ability to provide key Business Insight.• Proficient in influencing organization stakeholders.• SAP certification(s) is an advantage.Job typePerm
