This company is looking for a Showroom Manager to lead their team, specializing in both commercial and residential lighting solutions.

Focus :

• Lead and inspire the showroom team to achieve business and personal development goals.
• Drive sales and customer engagement through effective management of showroom operations and direct sales initiatives.
• Oversee financial aspects including P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and efficient resource management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction, working closely with all internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.

Skill Set :

• Proven experience in showroom management within the lighting or related industry, with a solid understanding of commercial and decorative lighting products.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and inspiring sales teams.
• Strong sales background with the ability to foster relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Highly skilled in operations and financial management within a retail or showroom setting.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with efficient typing and data entry capabilities.
• Established network within the commercial sector and a robust portfolio of business contacts is highly desirable.
