Your Role

The Growth and Servicing analytics team is part of the centralized Data and Analytics organization and oversees Analytics relating to Contact Center, Digital, Marketing, Claims, Appeals, Grievances, Disputes, Customer Experience and Lines of Business. The Medical Informatics Back Office Inventory Analyst, Senior will report to the Senior Manager of Inventory Management. In this role you will play a crucial part in driving your team's success by effectively partnering with multiple operations stakeholders who have inventory processes which need to be handled accurately and efficiently. Specifically, you will provide new actionable insights into inventory timeliness, accuracy, and compliance for Medicare Stars and BSC association measures. You will be meeting with your stakeholders to understand their business problems relating to task inventory and the questions that must be answered to address the inventory. You will help them create automated reporting solutions and tableau dashboards to provide greater insights into their daily operations

• Be laser focused on Backoffice inventory processes, arming the operations teams to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational performance

• Have a solid analytics background and can apply critical thinking to solve data problems

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Business Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative degree
• Healthcare experience a plus
• 5 years of relevant operations and analytics experience
• Must be able to develop and modify SQL scripts and be able to wrangle large datasets, join multiple datasets
• Python and/or Tableau experience desired, Preferred SQL, SAS & Python knowledge
• Must be able to create data visualizations to effectively narrate an actionable data story. Preferred working experience with Tableau Desktop
• Possesses excellent verbal and written skills with ability to convey and understand complex ideas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven track record for developing and implementing innovative solutions

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 99000.00 to $ 148500.00 for California.
