Blue SEAS (Social Empowerment Autism Center) is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near East Freetown, MA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & LABA
- Master's degree required in psychology, special education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis

Responsibilities:

- Assist with direct service provision as necessary.

- Provide Parent Training and assistance as necessary.

- Excellent data collection and analysis skills

- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.

- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

- Complete paperwork and billing as necessary

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Respond to emails, voicemails, phone calls within 24 hours to supervisors, colleagues, paraprofessionals and parent/guardians.

Pay: $76,630.00 - $83,179.00 per year
