Blue Rose is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our work with our federal client located in Boise, ID. This is an On-site role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

In this role, you will:

Film and produce videos of various National Guard programs across the country for use on social media, websites, and other platforms.

Develop and expand our Social Media Outreach and Marketing initiatives.

Establish and maintain up-to-date program information on social media sites within established timeframes.

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

Analyze market segments to optimize resource placement.

Prepare reports, graphs, and charts for marketing and outreach plans; manage databases and maintain records that depict current and future planning goals/objectives.

Assist in developing key performance indicators for monitoring marketing goals.

Implement processes to effectively track and report on the status of key indicators, measuring progress towards established goals.

Create and develop custom graphic design elements for use on social media accounts, websites, and other materials.

Develop and build partnerships with state entities, various media organizations, and centers of influence to maximize advertising and marketing efforts.

Attend conferences and seminars to facilitate communication flow and support personal and professional development.

Extensive travel is required for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

Experience in video editing and production.

1-2 years of experience (3-5 years preferred) in communications, marketing, public engagement, or other relevant fields, preferably within government or military sectors.

Proficiency in using, managing, and creating content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Design experience, including the creation of digital and social media content and print materials; proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Suite preferred.

Working knowledge of general technology applications, social media platforms, and mobile applications.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Strong ability to adapt priorities and continually learn as job requirements evolve.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative ideas.

Must possess a valid drivers license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Anticipated significant travel with this position.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
