Blue Rose is seeking a DevOps Architect to support our work with a federal client. This will be a Hybrid role in Washington, D.C. and is open to US Citizens only.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a full background investigation. The candidate must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.

In this role, you will:

• Assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments
• Design and build DevOps technical solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure with microservices or traditional application patterns
• Review existing solutions with development team to identify proper restructure into micro-services model utilizing best industry best practice
• Facilitate the development of new software solutions into micro-services model utilizing best industry best practices
• Develop and sustain microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions to automate the creation, deployment, and management CI/CD pipeline

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

• 5 years of minimum experience
• 2 years of experience in Containerization
• 2 years of experience with Kubernetes
• 2 years of experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture

A successful candidate will also have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority

Clearance: Secret (Interim required to start)
