Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities. Our agency currently offers services through 13 departments. BRS provides services in 30 Southern Indiana Counties to more than 20,000 individuals each year. Job Skills / RequirementsQualified individual should be a caring, patient person who will provide training and supervision to adults with disabilities. This is a very rewarding position for an individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. Qualified applicants must possess good communication skills, ability to teach good work habits using positive reinforcement with initiative and ability to implement service plans. We will train. Accredited high school diploma or equivalent required. Full-time position 1st shift,, this position requires ability to obtain "For Hire" endorsement on driver license.
