Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Licensed Clinic Counselor (LCSW/LCMHC) to be part of our Behavioral Health Team in Brevard, NC

Optional Sign-on Bonus: 

A newly hired Counselor/ Behavioral Health Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, with a service agreement. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual outpatient counseling services to patients of all ages. 

• Conduct assessments and collaborate with patients for person-centered treatment planning. 

• Collaborate and coordinate with other providers in the agency, as part of an integrated model for whole-person care.

• Complete prompt documentation requirements to meet compliance standards. 

• Provide walk-in crisis services during clinic operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).

• Provide group therapy as needed for specific populations or to meet an identified need within the community (e.g., substance use recovery group). 

• Assist with case management needs for patient caseload; including phone communication with community partners, referrals to outside agencies, internal referrals, or other care needs. 

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field 

• Valid and current Clinical License in the state of North Carolina 

• Experience with Electronic Health Records 

• Experience in individual and group therapy, including substance use recovery work 

• Bilingual preferred
