Become a valued RSR (Route Service Representative) for Blue Ribbon Linen Supply, Inc. We are a family-owned and run business that understand the importance of family time. This is a full-time position that runs Monday to Friday, with one overnight stay in Enterprise, OR. We set you up with a room at The Wilderness Inn in the heart of Enterprise. With a $50 per diem for meal expenses.

This route averages $55,000 annually ($25.45/hour), however the potential to earn more on commissions with new sales and route growth. Potential commissions you could make with a new sale on rental items with an existing account or new rental account would look like this:

$5.00 per week rental = $25.00 commission
$10.00 per week rental = $50.00 commission
$50.00 per week rental = $250.00 commission

The role of the Route Service Representative

• Build solid, positive relationships with customers while managing your daily route to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commercial textile rental goods and services.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines, assuring your safety at all times.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers.
• Take responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others. Use safe precautions, proper tools, and equipment and adhere to all safe work practices and policies.

Requirements

• Must meet all FMCSA DOT requirements:
  • Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license
  • Maintain clean driving record and drug screenings
  • Maintain Medical DOT Exam
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Math skills
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs. and load/unload product from the truck without assistance.
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test and background check.
