Duties

● Promote customer satisfaction and growth

● Develop relationships with new and existing customers

● Schedule meetings and appointments

● Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to resolve their specific needs

● Participate and contribute to team meetings with upper management while leading new team members to success

● Assist in the training and development of new team members
