JobDescription :

• Partnerwith our embedded Engineering Team to install test and releaseequipment.
• Record all work activities in ourproprietary CMMS BAMM.
• Possess the ability tomaintain various types of PLCs.
• Be capable ofunderstanding and working with networking and communicationssystems : Ethernet / IP ControlNet and DeviceNet.
• Have strong understanding of AC Drives Motors Encoder andResolver troubleshooting.
• Be knowledgeable ofcalibration of flow level pressure and temperature devices andcontrol loops.
• Have familiarity with bearingsconveying systems gearboxes equipment rebuilds andrepairs.
• Be knowledgeable of automation ladderlogic process controls within manufacturing and processingsystems.
• Possess a strong working knowledge ofhydraulic systems pneumatic systems and rotatingequipment.
• Have a clear understanding ofreading blueprints schematics manuals technical drawings workorders test results and machine error messages.
• Be capable of performing Root Cause Failure Analysis andinspect parts for damage and wear.
• Be capableof safely testing and observing running machinery forproblems.
• Be able to safely operate craneshoists lifts grinders hand tools power tools welding equipmenttesting equipment etc.
• Perform other duties asassigned.
• Be safe comply with all safetyregulations.

Job Requirements :

• Electrical Mechanical & Electroniccompetency.
• Ability to pass the multicraftmaintenance assessment.
• Ability totroubleshoot PLC experience.
