Blue Origin is Hiring a Technical Product Manager III (R37436) Near Space Coast, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap for key products within the Work Execution capability
  • Work with end users to advocate on behalf of their needs, clearly articulating the problem statement and value proposition to the rest of the technology organization
  • Communicate roadmap and plans to ET leadership and the broader company
  • Work with multiple teams across the organization to define and implement new technology and system processes via iterative delivery of software solutions
  • Deliver results to the business, including defining, prioritizing, and executing a roadmap of features and functionality
  • Define and measure product metrics
  • Perform analytics on product and execution data to drive business decisions and product iteration
  • Anticipate business needs with proposals and system solutions

Qualifications: 

  • 4 years as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
  • Experience working with software engineering teams in a hands-on capacity as a product manager, engineering manager, or similar role
  • Experience with lean and agile software development methodology
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to leverage data in decision-making
  • A demonstrated history of becoming an expert in an unfamiliar domain
  • Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to continuously improve it
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate to a diverse user base
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
