This role is part of the Lunar Transportation business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers , you will coordinate a team of individual contributors to support the lunar organization with internal loads analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Mentor contributors
• Assist with contributor branding and growth
• Assist with contributor 5 year planning
• Authorize contributor charging
• Authorize contributor leave
• Assist with program prioritization and planning
• Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with contributors

Qualifications:

• BS Engineering
• 5 Years experience in contributor role
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Desired:

• Detailed knowledge of ILFEM
• Detailed working knowledge of Nastran
• Previous experience with space craft Loads and Dynamics
