Job Description

Blue Mountain Hospital, located in Blanding, Utah is seeking a Full Time Nursing
Manager.

The Nursing Manager performs duties necessary for the management and leadership
of the ER, L&D, and Med/Surg Units. Assumes responsibility for the care and treatment of patients in these departments.

Essential Job Duties:

• Provides management and leadership to Med/Surg, ER and Labor and Delivery
• Facilitates staff training
• Prepares nursing work schedule
• Participates in quality initiatives
• Works closely with other department leaders and Providers to provide seamless care for patients
• Assists with policy development and maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current Utah RN licensure
• Current ACLS
• Current BLS
• Bachelors un Nursing preferred
• Prior Leadership experience preferred
• Prior L&D, ER and Med/Surg experience preferred
