Compensation: Blue Link Wireless LLC, AT&T Wireless Retail Assistant Store Managers have the potential to earn up to $28.00 or more per hour including base pay and commissions earned plus a manager performance bonus of up to $7,000.00 per year!
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized retailer for AT&T Wireless, has an immediate opening for an AT&T Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager. As an AT&T Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Blue Link Wireless, you will work side by side with the store manager and assist with leading, coaching and motivating your team of successful AT&T Wireless Sales Professionals. You will work to ensure all operational practices meet the standards of both AT&T Wireless and Blue Link Wireless while training to become a Store Manager.
As an AT&T Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Blue Link Wireless LLC, you will enjoy:
- A strong base pay rate and our amazing, uncapped commission model where you can earn an additional $15.00 or more per hour on the sales you make!

As an AT&T Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Blue Link Wireless LLC, you will be:
- Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store.
- Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools.
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives.
- Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers.
- Assisting Store Leader in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Assisting in completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing and conducting physical inventories.
- Assisting in maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 2 years retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
- Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Must love to sell and love to teach others to sell
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
