As an AT&T Wireless Assistant Store Manager for Blue Link Wireless LLC, you will be:- Assisting Store Leader in the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store.
- Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools.
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives.
- Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers.
- Assisting Store Leader in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Assisting in completing accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, pricing and conducting physical inventories.
- Assisting in maintaining training requirements for yourself and your team.
- Resolving customer issues.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 2 years retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a key holder or shift leader with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
- Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Must love to sell and love to teach others to sell
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
